William A. Maner IV Partner, 404-890-7710 Bill is a founding partner of Edge Capital Partners, LLC. Bill also serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Partner. Prior to Edge Capital, Bill was a Principal in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in New York and Atlanta. During his tenure, Bill was responsible for corporate finance in the Southeast and was the Operations Officer for Corporate Finance, where he sat on the firm’s investment committee. Clients included companies in the food and beverage, business services, manufacturing, consumer products and technology industries where he sourced and executed transactions in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, common stock, high yield, and investment grade debt investments. Bill was also the Chief Financial Officer of EzGov, Inc., a venture backed technology service company, and a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Washington and Lee University and earned a Master in Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School.

Gary H. McNorrill Vice President, 404-890-7718 Gary is the Vice President of Edge Corporate Finance. His primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the Edge Corporate Finance and execution of investment banking transactions. Gary has six years of prior corporate finance experience representing over $4 billion of investment banking transactions. He spent two years as a Senior Associate in JPMorgan’s investment bank executing M&A transactions and equity and debt offerings. An attorney by training, Gary practiced in Alston & Bird’s Global Finance and Debt Products Group from 2002-2006. His legal practice included representing borrowers and lenders in complex debt product transactions. Prior to law school, Gary spent four years in Washington, D.C. working in public policy for the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich. Gary graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia in 1994 and earned a Juris Doctor from Emory University’s School of Law in 2001. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. Gary is also a member and serves on the Finance Committee of North Avenue Presbyterian Church. He is married with two children.
